Tomorrow marks the beginning of my NQT year and becoming a Year 2 teacher! Not sure if nerves or excitement are stronger right now but we’ll stick with the ‘fake it til you make it’ saying 🌟 good luck to everyone heading back to school tomorrow! 💗
University need to prepare you for the financial strain of receiving your last student finance in April and waiting till end of September for your next payday. I have worked every holiday/part time throughout uni and made a promise to give myself ONE summer off. Worst mistake.

For 3 years now the prospect of being qualified and having my own class has felt like a faraway dream but now it is next week. I feel like I’m clueless and panic frequently😩 But for now I’m going to enjoy a relaxing few days in the lakes and attempt to switch my brain off! 🤞🏻
