The 12th International Yoga Day was celebrated across Kupwara with enthusiastic participation from the Indian Army, students, parents and local residents, promoting fitness, mindfulness and healthy living.Major sessions were organised at BHSS Hirri, AGS Wayne, bringing together recruits’ families, school communities, officers and jawans.Guided by trained instructors, participants practised Asanas and learned the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga under the theme “Yoga for Healthy Ageing.”
