$WARLANDS + the burn-to-finish feature are on-chain on @solana; The game itself runs server-side so it's fast, free, and cheat-proof.

It's not play-to-earn, no SOL/token farming or yield.
The token is deflationary utility + status (burn to finish builds; cosmetics coming), no marketplace yet.

Here's the part that matters: Every burn permanently removes that supply from circulation. So the busier the realm gets, the more lords building, upgrading, conquering, therefore the scarcer $WARLANDS becomes.

On-chain activity = supply reduction, baked straight into the core loop.
