@FenixAmmunition Surrending has never been a truly protect act. An enemy has no obligation to accept your surrender if they do not wish to or are unable to. Killing a sleeping soldier is not illegal, killing an unarmed soldier is not illegal. And there is also footage of surrenders to drones.
