@StephPhenomena but yeah, Iβm similar. If something isnβt sitting right I like to take it head on, sit with it, process why itβs making me feel a certain type of way to kinda clear it. Then I feel lighter afterwards. Have always wore my emotions on my sleeve. I think it can be a positive ππ»
