Introducing our defensive coordinator,Thomas Valent. Valent was as a 2x captain and was a 1st Team All-State Safety. Thomas went on to play at Baldwin Wallace University and lettered as a freshman.“Playing for the “K” and now coaching here is an unbelievable honor and privilege.”
Starting off our staff Introductions for the 2025 Season with Head Coach Damon Buente ! Entering his 14th year as a coach Damon spent most of his time coaching offensive line, running backs and as a strength coach. In addition, Buente is also an assistant coach on the track team
Our final Phase 1 lifting champion goes to upcoming freshman Caden Rowland. As an 8th grader, Caden had an astonishing max-out total of 1,015 pounds. The sky is the limit for him!
We continue our Lifting Phase 1 winners with future sophomore John Paul Marcello. JP had the greatest total leap on the team, with an 80-pound increase in bench, a 70-pound squat increase, and a 60-pound deadlift increase, totaling 210 pounds!
Our next lifting Phase 1 champion is upcoming junior Lucas Snyder. Lucas had 100% weight room attendance and saw a 90-pound increase in his squat and a 30-pound increase in his deadlift.
Introducing our Lifting Phase 1 champions beginning with rising senior and overall champion Steven Thomas. Steven’s bench press, squat, and deadlift totaled 1,205 pounds!
