Hey @USPS. The mail carrier who picked up our normal outgoing USPS packages also took 4 large, heavy @UPS packages that were just delivered to our door. Confirmed on our security camera.

When I called the Carmel Valley, San Diego station (858-324-2004) for help - we got an extremely nasty response that basically said it's our fault and that they couldn't help.

The person then just hung up ?!

Would appreciate some real assistance. Thanks.
