🚨Hipfire Focused Vel-46 Build🚨

Even though the Iso 45 and Lachmann Sub kill faster up close, the Vel has a larger max damage range, so it ends up beating the other two by a small bit at that 10 meter mark, and can compete with the Lachmann at further ranges!

High mobility, EXTREMELY tight hipfire, and great TTK. This is a solid SMG build to try, especially for any MnK players.
