@SkyNews @SamCoatesSky Pretty insensitive @samcoatessky to refer to the long overdue contaminated blood compensation as a “lurking nasty”.

[Helen @Was_Godders]

@virginmedia Yes, no messages and yes you have my up to date mobile number

[Helen @Was_Godders]

Never come across a complaints process like @virginmedia ‘s...contact us but then you can’t speak to the team who deal with complaints.

[Helen @Was_Godders]

@virginmedia If you had ever attempted to contact me, that would have been great!

[Helen @Was_Godders]

@virginmedia My maths isn’t brilliant, but your letter to tell me that you were investigating and that YOU would contact me, was sent on 28th Feb, then a letter to say you closed it was dated 6 March....not 28 days between?

[Helen @Was_Godders]

@virginmedia #COM103874578

[Helen @Was_Godders]

@virginmedia Nothing to do with that....you sent my bill to a different email address on 4th Jan, still waiting to hear what you will do about it, but guess it is now time to involve the Information Commissioner

[Helen @Was_Godders]

Nice of @virginmedia to close my complaint about them breaching my data privacy but can’t be bothered to tell me what they’ve done about it!

[Helen @Was_Godders]

Wondering if @BeanBagPlanet will ever answer their phones or deliver my order!

[Helen @Was_Godders]

@DWSportsOnline Are you still having phone line issues? Have been on hold for a long time and desperately trying to find out if my little boy is going to be heartbroken for the second day in a row by his England kit not being delivered by you.....

[Helen @Was_Godders]

@stmatthews_MA @stmatthews_MrsE @stmatthews_cofe Thanks for all your help! The PTA would like to donate all our left over crisps and snacks to the Year 6 disco if you would like them?

[Helen @Was_Godders]

When is a Kir Royale not a Kir Royale? When it's made with prosecco and chambord! Sort out your promotional signs @tobycarvery !

[Helen @Was_Godders]

@evansclothing Have just signed up for your newsletter & received 20% code but I can't get it to work on your website. Can you please help?
