The purpose of building is increasingly for the individual's entertainment and to share content about. Not building things that other people will actually buy or use.
@denk_tweets@beehiiv@tryramp Newsletter site looks great, but I’m pretty sure this cannot not be achieved using Beehiivs website builder. Please correct me if I’m wrong
The excitement, capability, and productivity felt when a beginner uses AI to create something is more or less the same as beating a level of guitar hero
@MediaKing Email will certainly remain a strong channel, but the protocol itself and lack of control feel extremely stuck in the past. I have no idea what it ends up looking like down the road, but my god, what a mess.
@itsalexvacca So in other words GTM folks should come back around to realizing that marketing is important… for reference, “marketing” is what we used to call these things before the trend of calling everything GTM came along and lots of people got confused
@cavalry__app This is awesome but I'm stuck on a permanent exit loop on the "share usage data" screen. Seems to be missing a button to move forward without closing the application 🤔
@webflow A lot of problems with @webflow lately. Clients rely on the platform to work and us devs are having to deal with these issues more and more. Perhaps there should be less focus on releasing Enterprise-only features so that you can work on making the platform more reliable
@alex_barashkov@neondatabase Amazing work and so refreshing to call out that many talented people were involved… not that you one shotted everything during you lunch break
@namyakhann@claudeai@framer 7.8%...really? that's a very general claim that can't possibly be true unless we're talking about a very narrow set of product categories. It also discards the importance of traffic sources and the intent level, which matters way more in the equation
@jasonfried A lot of great ideas in Fizzy and agree with what you're saying completely. But the UI design feels unnecessarily jarring due to oversized elements/text and how spacing is applied to groups of element. Tempted to fork it and make tweaks for myself : )
