[Mike stretched a bit, sitting up on his bed in the Lucky 38.] It's been over a decade... Fucking hell I missed a ton of things. Hell, I don't even know what my companions are up to these days.
[[ Making some attempt to bring this courier back to life. He'll visit the-
Seems like another wastelander has revealed themselves in the midst of the nuclear wasteland we call home.
I know I'll be moving to the Commonwealth eventually since I've already exhausted every piece of what post-apocalyptic Sin City had in store for me.
Seems like Raul and I finally got one of the cars working... it took us way too long to do so; I had to scavenge up too many materials in order to make this work.
[Mike spent hours upon hours traveling through the wasteland to reach Raul's shack. He spent time talking to the ghoul, his objective being to get his help with the fusion-powered cars that survived the nukes.
Hours passed while both Mike and Raul spoke, eventually ending with-
-enough fusion cores to keep the car from losing power throughout the trip. If he did not have enough cores, the car would stall and he would have to make the rest of the journey on foot from where the car stopped.
Keeping all of this in mind Mike was determined to see his plan-
-Raul and Mike had fixed up one of the fusion-powered cars, the courier thanking Raul for his help with a friendly handshake. Mike then set off to find supplies for the long trip he had planned from the start. He needed lots of food and water, plus he had to make sure he had-
-Raul accepting the offer. The two of them went searching for a car to restore after they finished talking, which took the two some time... roughly about three to four days depending on if the courier had the necessary scrap to assist Raul in the repairs.
Several hours later-
@OfTheApocaIypse I think I can find him on my own. It's a dangerous wasteland out here, and I'm certain you have people to look out for. I don't want to be a burden to you, but if I do find myself in a fight along the way feel free to back me up.
@OfTheApocaIypse [Mike nodded and was on his way over to Raul's shack. He was hoping he would be inside when he arrived but there was a chance Raul might be elsewhere by the time the courier would reach his destination.] I'll keep that in mind, thanks.
Dammit Raul, where the hell are you? I still need a mechanic to help me with one of these fusion cars! You're the only one I know of who could do the job! [Mike was yelling out into the void of the Mojave, hoping to hear an answer from the other side.]
@OfTheApocaIypse Take all the time you need to, doc. I won't be leaving for a while... or until I chat with Raul about the cars. I'm not sure which will come up first. [Mike said confidently, his mind still focused on wanting to visit the Commonwealth but not by his own two feet.]
@OfTheApocaIypse [Mike nodded once more at Arcade's reply.] Trust me, having some time to get out of the Mojave would be a welcoming thing for myself. You're also part of the adventure if you so choose to or not, that's up to you. I'm not able to make that decision.
