In the Attack on Titan ending, after Mikasa kills Eren to stop the Rumbling, she lives out a long life on Paradis and regularly visits his grave under the tree where they used to race as kids. She keeps wearing the red scarf he gave her until the day she dies of old age, and she’s eventually buried near him—showing that she never fully lets go of him even after everything he did.

It’s strongly implied (and later confirmed in official materials for The Last Attack) that she ends up with Jean. They marry, have children and grandchildren, and still visit Eren’s grave together over the years. So she does move forward and build a family, but her bond with Eren stays with her for the rest of her life.
