Watch #FridayFrenzyLive on Fridays at 7:30 p.m. on WATE6+.
Tennessee's linebacker room is filled with experience, talent and depth...but also quality individuals.
Hear why Coach Inge's group is filled with "RKV's" (right kind of Vols) and why they leave their ego at the door. #Vols
Soccer, Basketball, Swim, Volleyball, Track and Field & Boxing. All sports that Tennessee freshman TE and Austrian native Luca Wolf played in route to becoming a D1 football player.
Wolf came to the U.S. with a dream to play basketball... That dream took quite the turn. #Vols
George MacIntyre = Knows the system, talented, plays fluid
Faizon Brandon = Talented, physical, big arm, mobile
I asked #Vols QB Ryan Staub what he thought were GMac & Faizon's biggest strengths and this is what he had to say:
"I walked in here thinking he was a hot-shot superstar..."
#Vols freshman Kamari Blair talks about how much of a leader David Sanders Jr. has been in the O-line room during the spring and summer.
In addition to size and experience in the trenches, Mason Eckerson will be Clinton's starting quarterback for the second straight year. https://t.co/PyNUjcB42a
#Vol football freshman Gabriel Osenda has a superstition of eating Chipotle the night before football games.
It all started his junior year at @BaylorSchoolFB, when him and a few teammates ate it the night before their Rabun Gap-Nacoochee game. The team won that season opener and didn't lose until the state title game that year. Then Osenda's senior year, they went undefeated & won a state championship...so the superstition has some merit.
Even now at Tennessee, Osenda's superstition holds:
The program is serving a self-imposed playoff ban after recruiting violations involving a non-faculty assistant coach, ending Catholic's 12-year playoff streak. https://t.co/ODdEKZy3wi
