@vernalscott I dnt think the recruit process is robust. It’s awful those who might commit crime cld get in. Also those who are clearly not suited for the role are too. ‘Kids’ who dnt knw what actual policing is & turn out to be genuinely scared! That’s dangerous for them & their colleagues!

@MartinSLewis For me, the worry is that we are being forced by the Govt. to normalise these extortionate prices! We were quoted £5k this winter, now we’re meant to be ‘happy’ with £2.5k. The same will just keep being repeated! This Govt needs to go, but I don’t trust the alternatives either!!

Unless you’ve sworn allegiance to HM (not the government) you may not fully understand why the vast majority of military, police etc are feeling the way they are today. Yes, HM is elderly, but we still take that oath seriously. #GSTQ

Seeing this is genuinely scary! How can people afford to live!! If we thought NHS & Police we’re under pressure during pandemic, stand-by! People will get sick through not heating or eating! Public disorder potentially because the Govt are doing little to help!!
