we have normalised overconsumption. listening to a podcast while we walk, scrolling reels in the toilet, listening to music while we cook, watching a show on Netflix while we eat. it’s as if there is NO breathing space for your mind. you’re constantly trying to fill the void, the stillness and yet here you’re complaining about feeling groggy and demotivated.
Since i was 8 i been there for my brother along with my mom of course . Getting in fights because people would make fun of him ,and educating myself on autism . Doctors told my mom he’d be non verbal, but at age 5 his first words were him reading a billboard ad . Since then he’s graduated high school went to college and currently works . My biggest motivation he beat the odds ! Shoutouts to everyone with an autistic family member , friend, etc. They aren’t meant to be written off but to be supported and loved ! #WorldAutismAwarenessDay 💙🧩
Can I get a few things off my chest?
1. Today is March 14th, your Christmas tree should not still be up.
2. Y’all gatekeep mid food, and I hate that for you.
3. Don’t let no one ever tell you that you can’t do something.
At some point you gotta get serious about your life. Delete numbers, stay away from love that isn’t real, hustle, get your spirit and mental right. You have to demand positivity and change.
