Ridiculous amounts of snow followed immediately by ridiculous amounts of rain & sleet which just hasn’t stopped. It’s so dull all the time. What is this ‘sunshine’ people speak of. 😫 It’s miserable enough on a good day so this is hard going. 😆

Spare a thought for northeast Scotland; Aberdeen Dyce hasn't recorded any sunshine since 21 January! This is provisionally the longest sunless period here since records began in 1957 ☁️

Our back garden - snow up to my knees (i'm 6 ft 5) & continuing to fall - communities in the north east cut off, schools closed; queues at local shops - the list could go on. This feels like a very significant weather event, i cant think of anything similar for at least 15 years

So Storm Goretti is OMG 😱 bringing up to 20 cm snow to the south. 🙄 That’s nice. We’ve got 35 cm minimum right now with more coming and then drifting much more than that. ☃️ 🤷‍♂️

The A90 south of Aberdeen looks like something from a video you see of Arctic Norway or Finland. One of the biggest snow events of the last 20 years in north-east Scotland for sure.

@CCroft21 In some of the small seaside towns on the north coast, e.g. Cullen, Buckie etc. I think for coastal scenes both on & near shore shots. Looking forward to location spotting when I watch it! 😆
