You know what's interesting about this club?

How fast the new players adapt to this environment filled with weak mentality players and how their performance levels drop drastically.

- Mazraoui's performance was 10 times better than any other defender when he first signed and now he's reached the same level as Dalot.

- Mainoo was AMAZING when he first burst onto the scene and now he's just another player. We don't see anything special at all from him.

They're not the only players. Just two examples. It's the same story with EVERY NEW PLAYER.

I fear the same will happen to Amad. For how long will he work his ass off just to watch these players be so bad every other game?

THERE IS A BIG MENTALITY PROBLEM HERE. And what's worse is that I don't think a coach can simply change that.
