@JohnWest_JAWS I do business in Guernsey where all politicians are independents. The result is very little gets agreed and progress on anything is painfully slow as there is no consensus and constant shifting sands of alliances. It simply doesn’t work.

@trishgreenhalgh I think one issue is the collective memory of lots of people dying from diseases like polio, diphtheria, smallpox etc has faded so people don’t realise what an amazing thing vaccines are or how many lives they save every year.

What no #NHS looks like - the bill from A&E after hurting my ankle in Guernsey. Two brief consultations with a doctor and a X-ray, £326! There is no NHS or free A&E on Guernsey for anyone.
