Carney does already impose an export tariff on Canada's oil going to the United States. It is called the industrial carbon . He snuck that in when he changed the retail carbon tax to the industrial tax. That is stolen from the industry and Alberta government

The problem today is rampant emotionalism. Activists scream and yell about Fad Causes. Never considering their validity. Never considering that education and health care have a cost. They are not free. Taxes and productivity revenue pay doctors ,teachers and nurses
