MASTERCHEF COMES TO WCHS

S3 and N 5 Skills for Work have had the chance to work with @MasterChefUK professional winner and Scotland's National Chef Gary Mclean (@Gmacchef), they have been working on their knife skills and trying new dishes such as Cullen skink and are loving it!

Today our N5 and Higher HFT classes went to @AbertayUni to take part in some sensory analysis and food PH experiments where they were able to put into practice what they have been learning in their food product development unit. 🥕
