Young women in Mwenezi are demanding inclusive leadership, accountability, and equal opportunities. They are calling for an end to GBV and child marriage, expanded access to SRHR, and greater investment in skills development and economic empowerment.

Business leader Divine Ndhukula called for greater participation of women in leadership, while stakeholders urged action to turn gender equality policies into reality.
