This month, we're celebrating Erin Kinberger and an unforgettable season. Erin capped off 2026 by leading her team to the first national championship in program history while earning 2026 SSC Softball Coach of the Year.

What makes this achievement even more remarkable is the journey behind it. Just one year ago, Erin was completing chemotherapy. Today, she's a cancer survivor, a national champion, and a shining example of resilience, perseverance, and the impact of courageous leadership.

Erin's story reminds us that the path to success is rarely linear—but with determination, purpose, and belief, extraordinary things are possible.

⭐ Coach of the Month: Conchita Martínez ⭐

This month, we're recognizing Conchita Martínez for her exceptional impact as one of the world's elite coaches.

Among the current Top 50 women's singles players, only four are coached by a woman—and Conchita is one of them. This year, she guided Mirra Andreeva to her first Grand Slam singles title at Roland Garros, making Mirra the youngest women's singles champion there since 1992.
