Today is #BlackWomensEqualPay Day, when Black women’s pay catches up to what white men were paid in 2019. That's nearly 8 extra months of work. Today we��re raising the call to end the wage gap – because Black women need and deserve better.
The WE walls are lined with stories of strength, and perseverance. Each of these stories belongs to a different woman who came into our program while experiencing homelessness, and has since graduated.
