@enginecoinstick@ilias_hdz By the way, at what level was the FPS checked?
It seems to me that Bismuth could be very useful precisely in those cases where Vanilla wouldn't be able to handle the rendering.
As an option, you could check the FPS in the start of Extreme Demon what called as Tron. [LDM: OFF]
@enginecoinstick@ilias_hdz The mod's settings include a separate checkbox for integrated graphics processors (iGPUs), which lack the dedicated memory found in standard graphics cards.
@ilias_hdz Itβs integrated graphics - and an outdated one at that.
Itβs like complaining that your 2010-era computer canβt run Cyberpunk 2077 - on Windows XP, with Path Tracing DLLs 5 enabled - using the integrated graphics of a dual-core processor.
@RanggaMC5@ilias_hdz It seems we were looking the wrong way β Multi-CPU is useful, but rewriting logic for multithreading is harder. Why our GPU sat practically idle all this time is the better question, since this is exactly its kind of work.
@fishhhhhhh49@ilias_hdz@Netrimer Without using this mod, how many FPS you get depends primarily on the processor.
Even with a conditional GT 1030 2GB, you can play at >300 FPS if the processor allows it, so you could say that your GTX 1650 is currently almost idle in the game.
@IncognitoMan032@ilias_hdz Vanilla wins only in the case where the level is already so empty in terms of fill that it can, without modifications, produce over 1200 FPS, as I think after playtest for now.
