Q1 we had some sort of altseason.

Q4 we had some sort of altseason.

And yet... People keep asking me when alts?

"Nah Nova, Bitcoin went up pretty well in Q1 en Q4. Alts never did"

WRONG.

Here's the brutal truth:

While both previous "miniature altseasons" have been pretty short lived (hence I call them miniature), they were altseason nonetheless.

You do know the chart below that I've drawn doesn't include Bitcoin right?

You do know there where 2 very strong explosive waves right?

I could right now make a list of 100-500 altcoins that all went up over 50x.

The problem? There are OVER 100,000 of projects these days.

People cling to the idea that altseason is and always will be EVERY SINGLE PROJECT THAT EXISTS WILL PUMP.

In idea that originates from previous cycles when we had more participants in crypto than crypto projects.

Today it's almost the exact opposite.

Altcoin dilution completely took care of that.

If you still don't believe any explosive waves took place?

Again, check the chart below because numbers don't lie.

TOTAL3 hit the previous all-time high which means it's at the parabolic euphoria high of 2021.

At the same point when all of your portfolios last cycle (if you've been here) where at their crazy high numbers.

From 300B to 1 trillion the last year.

That money did go completely to altcoins (again, numbers don't lie).

There's both good and bad news though.

There's is definitely more room to go to the upside.

Especially if Bitcoin dominance breaks down, we'll continue to see the total market cap of alts go higher and higher.

It could even be more explosive than previous times (again, especially if Bitcoin dominance breaks down further).

The bad news? If you still expect it to pump everything to billions and that there is enough capital to pump 1000 new projects that enter the market every single day?

Well... Then it's going to be tough to teach and learn you anything from here on out.

It ain't over, at least another wave will hit and it could very well be stronger than the last time.

But capital will continue to flow to specific sectors, strong narratives and hyped projects with the right set of conditions.

It ain't always easy to pick the right ones but they are there.

While picking is usually the combination of a lot of research and a bit of luck (yes I said it).

What I do have learned is the longer you're in this game, the higher the chance you'll always find at least one winner.

Probability can be increased. That's usually your ticket to make it.
