We learned English through its music.
We dreamed of visiting, exploring, maybe even living there one day.

It was on our bucket list.

We traveled the world and met incredible people. Some of the kindest people we’ve ever known are American.

That’s why this hurts.

It’s becoming harder and harder to separate the beauty of the people from the actions of those in power.

Our world deserves leaders who inspire hope, not fear.

Every generation deserves peace, not endless division.

We know what’s possible.

We’ve seen compassion change lives.
We’ve seen strangers become family across borders.

That’s why it’s so painful to watch a handful of powerful people shape the future of millions.

Governments are not people.

People everywhere deserve better.
