We are a diverse coalition shining a spotlight on the ways this Supreme Court is impacting our families, our communities, our freedoms, and our democracy.
The MAGA Justices have Trump's back no matter the cost.
✅Kept him on the ballot
✅Delayed his criminal trials
✅Shielded him from consequences
So why would anyone think they'll suddenly stand up to him now?
The courts won't save us. But that doesn't mean we stop fighting.
Masked agents in military gear do not need more power.
Communities do not need more fear.
Families do not need more raids.
But the Roberts Court handed ICE more cover at every turn.
John Roberts’ Court has spent years weakening the guardrails of democracy.
Voting rights? Gutted.
Money in politics? Expanded.
Presidential accountability? Weakened.
Corporate power? Protected.
The pattern is not subtle. It is the point.
ICE does not need more power.
Not when agents can stop the wrong person.
Not when they can kill a man on his way to work.
Not when they can do it without body cameras.
The Supreme Court should be checking this violence. Not enabling it.
SCOTUS greenlit racial profiling for ICE agents.
Mexico is now demanding answers for citizens dying in ICE custody and operations.
This is not abstract.
When racial profiling is enabled, everyone who “looks like” the target becomes a target.

SCOTUS gave ICE power to racially profile.
ICE just killed Lorenzo Salgado Araujo in Houston. A father who officials now admit was not even the target.
This is what happens when courts give armed agents permission to treat race, language, workplace, and fear as suspicion.
The Roberts Court’s message is clear:
✅Trump can fire independent agency officials.
✅Trump can consolidate power.
✅Trump can weaken checks and balances.
But touch the Federal Reserve? Suddenly, this Court remembers restraint.
Democracy gets no such protection. Markets do.
The Roberts Court just upheld bans on trans girls and women playing on girls’ and women’s sports teams.
That ruling is part of a much bigger pattern: 7 Supreme Court decisions curbing trans rights in just 14 months.
States are fighting back.
https://t.co/8megNjf0zY
A Montana court protected access to gender-affirming care under the state constitution’s privacy guarantees.
An Ohio court found a care ban violated state constitutional protections.
Oregon courts protected incarcerated trans people’s access to care.
State courts matter. A LOT
SCOTUS being captured by wealthy interests is not abstract.
It affects whether your vote counts, whether prescriptions are affordable, whether corporations can rig prices, and whether we can build a system that works for working people.
Stasha Rhodes, UFD ED breaks it down:
A captured Court does not just decide cases.
It shapes the rules of power.
Who gets heard.
Who gets ignored.
Who gets to vote.
Who gets to set prices.
Who can afford to live.
Who gets to write the future.
Right now, the Roberts Court keeps choosing the wealthy.
Gas and groceries are unaffordable for HALF of Americans.
While families are cutting corners, corporations are cutting accountability, with help from a Supreme Court that keeps making it harder to hold them responsible.
The Roberts Court is not neutral.
https://t.co/TE4cghU1RD
SCOTUS does not deserve the benefit of the doubt.
Not after Dobbs.
Not after Shelby.
Not after immunity.
Not after the billionaire gifts.
Not after handing more power to dark money and corporate interests.
The Roberts Court is the erosion of democracy in robes.
HALF the country can’t afford gas and groceries. The system is broken.
But let’s be real: it’s not broken for everyone.
It’s working for corporations that squeeze us, pollute our neighborhoods, underpay workers, and rely on the Roberts Court to shield them from accountability.
Brett Kavanaugh says trans kids shouldn’t be “demeaned” or “stigmatized.”
Then he wrote a ruling that does exactly that.
The Roberts Court can dress discrimination up in legal language all it wants. The result is the same: vulnerable kids are being told they don’t belong.
To make the political system work for working people, we cannot have the Supreme Court working only for billionaires and corporations. Watch this clip of @WeAreUFD's Stasha Rhodes making that case at our Supreme Court reform event.
SCOTUS’s term made one thing painfully clear:
The Roberts Court knows exactly who it is protecting.
Not voters.
Not workers.
Not trans kids.
Not families.
Not our democracy.
Just billionaires, corporations, and MAGA politicians again and again.
Kavanaugh tried to argue the 14th Amendment’s birthright citizenship guarantee means less now because today’s politics are different.
Funny how the Constitution only “evolves” when MAGA wants to take rights away.
A Court that cannot explain its own rules cannot demand public trust.
A Court that keeps changing its principles cannot demand legitimacy.
A Court that keeps protecting power cannot pretend to be neutral.
That is the Roberts Court.
