I came across something that totally changed my whole perspective.
From a hopeless hour of doomscrolling to give my brain a rest I saw…
不积跬步,无以至千里
and my curiosity grew immediately.
I realized long ago that conversations about God, prayer, and faith often boil down to life experiences.
Some people have been through situations that strengthened their faith and convinced them that God was with them every step of the way.
Others have experienced loss, suffering, injustice, or unanswered prayers and walk away with more questions than answers.
Neither perspective is void.
We all interpret life through our own experiences.
What strengthens one person’s faith may not persuade another, and what causes one person to doubt might be the very thing that pushes someone else closer to God.
Maybe that’s why faith remains one of the most personal conversations anyone can have.
Different lives. Different experiences. Different conclusions.
But for me, prayer works… and I believe everyone will have their own moment of clarity in time.

Prediction markets are accelerating rapidly
.@Polymarket just hit a new ATH with $176M in daily volume, while @Kalshi notched a record-breaking $108M in volume $108M.
That’s a lot of capital flowing into markets built around events, outcomes, and collective conviction.
Feels like more people are turning to prediction markets to express their views with money, not just opinions.
The prediction market season is definitely in full swing.
What are you betting on?
@LegendaryKayCe@Thanistarr Exactly!
People experience things differently
What strengthens one person’s belief may not be enough to convince another, and that’s why faith is ultimately a personal journey.

I understand where you’re coming from. The reality of suffering is probably one of the hardest questions for people of faith and non-faith alike.
But for many believers, faith isn’t based on the idea that God prevents every tragedy or grants every request. It’s based on the belief that God exists even in a broken world where humans, nature, and circumstances can cause immense suffering.
You may not find that answer convincing, and that’s fair.
But I don’t think the existence of suffering automatically disproves God any more than the existence of goodness automatically proves Him.
@TheWeb3Dan_ I think faith and prayer are personal things.
Some people have experiences that strengthen their belief, while others don’t.
At the end of the day, everyone interprets it through their own worldview, and that’s okay.
