The agreement is with Factori AD, an EU-regulated investment broker, which will channel client assets through REAL’s infrastructure while handling OTC execution, custody, KYC, and AML.

The first pilot will tokenize 5,000,000 Alpha Bulgaria AD warrants, , testing the full workflow:
