@EastMidRailway They could not give me access back to my tickets and....I don’t have time to ring up an Indian call centre and explain myself again and again, re boot, change passwords etc etc. If I arrive at a station to catch that 1 train I have booked this is NOT possible

@EastMidRailway I tried 8 times to open it in my way to the station to catch my train. When I was on my way home the ticket disappeared and I had to call the helpline twice and get copies of my ticket.
