1️⃣ Subtract equation 3 from equation 2 — this is called the elimination method. You’ll discover that 🥊 = 3.

2️⃣ Consider equation 1…how might knowing 🥊 = 3 help?

2️⃣ Pro tip: Sketch the triangle using different colours for each row or use coloured counters to make a moveable version. It’ll make tracking your moves much easier! 🎨
