@sovsewmac@samm50647@RealDonKeith@marksandspencer He was polite, she was being a Karen.
The customer is not always right, in fact they rarely ever are.
If she had a complaint she needed to address it to the right people.
@sovsewmac@samm50647@RealDonKeith@marksandspencer Clear it with head office? What the building design they would have mandated, the layout they would have approved? Or was he meant to call them then and there to get CapEx to build a new womens changing room?
Dont be silly. She was there to cause a scene and get her 5 mins
@sovsewmac@samm50647@RealDonKeith@marksandspencer Because they are head office policies, he is not a policy maker nor part of the legal team that no doubt did their checks. He told her to contact head office which is the right way to deal with it.
@sovsewmac@samm50647@RealDonKeith@marksandspencer No he asked her to leave because she started filming and was continuing to ask questions she knew he couldn't answer. She was looking for her viral moment, which of course gammons are too happy to give her.
@PsycoReb0rn@RealDonKeith@marksandspencer Managers behaviour, are you triggered by his gentle tone and not raising his voice?
He politely told her its M&S policy and she would need to take it up with them. He informed her the cubicles are safe. When she continued to follow him he asked her to politely leave.
@benonwine Yes, as with any MP, donations can be used for lobbying leverage. It doesnt matter what he used the money for, he was gifted it and this should be declared along with who it came from.
@SlyForTheRight Their going to stop the boats but those boats they cant stop (90% of them) are going to be rounded up and placed on concentration camps.
@Jenny_1884@cjlocky0709 No thats how our system has worked for centuries. First past the post, need a certain number of MP's to win.
Dont like it, lobby for a different system and we can eventually vote on it.
