Mr. President: FEMA has good people but is true that the system has to change. Puerto Rico, North Carolina, Louisiana and many others went through devastating events that no one was ready for and the system was in no place to adapt….we need adaptation and boots on the ground by people that are local that know the way and are supported by the Federal government….From search and rescue, to health and medicines, to food and water and beyond we need smarter powerful but simple ways to do it.

Natural disasters will continue to get stronger and more frequent….is no time to waste in improving the way America prepares. Emergency response & recovery is and should always be bipartisan…we the people! @WhiteHouse @fema
