But that's not the part that shocked me,

I think the videos are made with Claude.

Yes.

The entire video,

Start to end (within minutes)

Here's how it works:

1. Start

He chose the right niche. Wars.

People tend to watch stuff till the end and fight each other in the comments

Native English accent, talks about Indian wars.

CPM would not be too high, but decent enough.

2. Ideation

He must have used a workflow to scrape all the best videos around the war niche,

And then combine it with old Indian war scenes.

I made a similar workflow, so I know how it works.

Basically gives the most Viral Ideas that you can't find without spending weeks on YouTube.

3. Creation (scripts)

Once he finds the viral ideas with AI,

His AI system, which is trained on the top channels like:

- Neo
- Fern
- Atrium

Creates viral scripts for his videos.

Maybe on Claude Cowork on Claude Code,

Written by Sonnet 4.6, the best writing model to date.

4. Creation (Voice)

This is the easiest part, also Free.

Elevenlabs has a generous plan, and if you train an AI on your competitor channels,

It can generate a voiceover in the exact tone you want.

Super simple.

5. Creation (Video Editing)

Now this is where my head got blasted.

There was a tool recently published, Hyperframes.

It's basically a Free video editor that works with Claude.

You tell Claude how you want the video, and he makes it for you.

- Animations
- B-rolls
- Text Animations
- Everything

It was promoted as "Video Editing Replacement"

So I tried it, used it on my own videos, liked it, but it was far from perfect for talking head videos.

But god's sake,

I never thought I could create a faceless documentary with its help.

And I'm damn sure it's that.

I know how it looks; this is the animation style of Hyperframes.

(or I think so)

There can be two possibilities:

The owner is editing manually with Hyperframes and he does the entire edit within 2-3 hours.
(most probably)

Or... if he is smart enough

He has created an AI Agent that does the entire edit for him.

How?

Two agents:
- One that does the edit
- Second, that reviews and guides it

I think it's gonna be the top one cause if he was doing the second one,

He would be releasing twice a day, not a week.

But again, all of this is just a prediction.

If you're a documentary channel specialist, let me know your thoughts.

Also, I don't think YouTube is gonna ban these types of videos.

They are not "AI-generated"

It's just another editing style.

Tbh, I think I'm gonna go and build this.
