@BostonMacca@weymarplanet Exactly but nothing we haven’t seen before… Fisher was plumb lbw, that, several other decisions and well, why is there not even a consideration of a pitch inspection?
It’s pretty obvious ‘rey! 😂
@BostonMacca@bbctms@surreycricket@YorkshireCCC Great game, but Fisher was absolutely plumb at the start of his innings. Unbelievable decision, that changed everything. And of course not a mention of a pitch inspection… All in all, about as fair as the test match allocation process!
@TheWidthofaPost Thanks Jason… Happy memories from 80s & early 90s when we had much the upper hand. Particularly Boxing Day ‘83 & turning them over away with late Campbell & Ellis goals to win 2-1, part of the 10 wins in a row. Skipton bragging rights 😀.
@_david_cooley @fandonorris@TheEconomist@elonmusk@zannymb I work for an NGO and our whole program was defunded as a result of the USAid cuts with no immediate alternative.
It takes many months to find new funders there are no immediate options…
In the meantime many people will suffer & die as a a result of these decisions.
@FanHub Bradford’s 3-0 2nd leg win at Blackpool after losing 0-2 at home.
Big Sam sacked afterwards, Blackpool were advertising Wembley travel in the programme!
@michaeI11_ Several of the better Blast teams (with their England players) would comfortably beat these some of these franchises. An utterly pointless competition… All now about the ECB saving face by selling a turkey, while the BBC & Sky spend the summer promoting it!
@TheWidthofaPost Thanks @Jason_Mckeown - great piece, the BBC analogy shared above sums up WOTP’s position perfectly. Last night’s debacle will be a “tipping point” for many supporters previously on the fence, on whether the current regime offers any hope. Horribly exposed as unfit for the job.
@KuhnTristen I agree. And I don't like trading up. Too many eggs in one basket... Given QB success is a complete crap shoot in the NFL, and the Raiders low success rate drafting QBs, I wouldn't stay away from trading up. You might really need that extra pick next season.
@Jason_Mckeown Agreed Jason - an excellent thought provoking listen, sadly too late for BCFC’s current search… It challenges lots of commonly held beliefs about what makes a good manager. And it’s a good advert for Twenty First Group’s data services!
@bbctms@AndyBurnhamGM@MayorOfWY You can’t fairly add Southampton AND guarantee both London grounds. It creates a huge imbalance when all 3 get an Ashes game. In terms of population numbers, support for the game and accessibility, you can’t justify a third “south based” test match.
@Jason_Mckeown Must have been wrong on his autocue! 😂
The drop off from Colin Murray in knowledge & passion for the game is huge. Same with the largely useless (non) analysts…
