@philsharrock@chrisdysonHT @mejessop @llewelyn20 I can’t see how that would work for staff, either a lot of staff off at the same time, or a rota of when your holiday slot is - which means someone gets June while another gets November.
Thanks to @TheMaccAcademy for hosting @researchEDChesh, it was a really valuable day, great presenters and plenty of food for thought.
Thanks also to everyone that came to my session, you were great!
So proud of @TheMaccAcademy Team (staff & students) @icpjones & all the wonderful @researchEDChesh participants for bringing together rich, varied & research led day of talks, networking & reflecting.
Great way to finish term!
Thank you- whatever part you played - fab event
@oldandrewuk I came 3rd in the egg and spoon race. It was the days of the salmonella crisis so potatoes were substituted for eggs, and for some reason we were using forks instead of spoons. 5 competitors were disqualified for skewering their spuds and legging it.
@wtgowers Your daughter was right, the “360° in a circle” thing is a lazy way of saying 360° in a full turn.
If the question was “what is the sum of the angles at the centre of each shape” they’d all be 360°!
Complain to the school and use it as an opportunity for the teacher to learn.
