PARL has been part of the PVD community since 1913. In addition to taking in and adopting animals, they aim to reduce barriers that prevent people from adopting by offering low cost or free vaccine clinics as well as spay/neuters and running a community food pantry!

Last week on #InternationalOverdoseAwarenessDay we worked w/ amazing partners and volunteers to hand out life-saving Narcan across RI. Our goal was 3,000 kits. We distributed nearly 4,300! Our hearts are full. That's potentially thousands of lives saved. Thank you.💜 #CarryNarcan
