@ButlinsMusic @ShiiineOn_ Hi, yes I have read it all. Butlins states that it must be NHS test or vax. Therefore it is dismissing anybody who has booked from attending that has been vaccinated in an EU country. The EU vaccine passport is valid for entry to the uk, but not to Butlins?

@ShiiineOn_ hi! Please can you give the guidance for entry to Butlins for non-UK residents - those that have EU vaccine passports. No access to NHS tests either, only government approved private companies that are used for travel. Thanks.

@AmazonHelp Sorry again for insisting, but I have the page in English - it takes me through to a call back facility that does not work (I absolutely insist that it does not work) or option to contact seller. There is no live chat facility at all.

@AmazonHelp Sorry to insist, but I have already done that. I have asked for the callback facility (numerous times on different numbers), it does not connect. I have asked to contact customer service and they simply direct me to contacting the seller. Who does not respond

@AmazonHelp Also it takes me back to the home page where there is no chat available. Or email contact facility to amazon. The only contact facility is to the seller. Who has not responded for over a month, despite many emails being sent.
