This is how @FrontierCorp finishes a job and seem to thinks fine. After numerous attempts to have the install finished correctly, they have ghosted me.
@FrontierCorp@AskFrontier@FrontierCorp always want to speak through DM's so the public doesn't see how incompetent they are. They have no control over the installers and treat their customers horrible. 4 missed appointments. "Sorry, just keep waiting"
Shame on Casey, Shell, Melissa, and Leo at @FrontierCorp@AskFrontier for all their platitudes and worthless apologies while accomplishing nothing even close to customer satisfaction. 4 missed appointments. I have. NO confidence I will ever see an installation.
@FrontierCorp You should shuffle some other appointments and move mine up. You have missed 4 appointments already. Try being pro active instead of reactive and get your subcontractors off their butts and have them actually show up and do the install. HORRIBLE customer service.

@AskFrontier@AskFrontier missed another appointment. That's 4 so far over 3 weeks. Account Manager Casey couldn't manage their way out of wet paper bag. NONE of the case managers can. All they know how to do is read from a script and apologize.

@AHMalcolm Mine keeps going up each year. My 1998 BMW 328i is almost as much as it was when I bought. It should have bottomed out by now. Makes me sick
What's th over/under that @FrontierCorp actually makes their appoint today. They have already missed three. I have not received a confirmation text or e-mail for a block of time they "might" show up. This has been going on for a nearly a month now.
The inept @knotts management team at Ghost Town Grill run a table service restaurant like a walk up fast food locations. The rest of the staff are pretty good making the management team look even more inept. The food is pretty good and it’s sad to see this run so poorly
The restaurant management team @knotts Ghost Town Grill is then most inept team I have encountered. This opinion has been formed from multiple visits. You can be a party of two with four two tops open and still wait to be seated until they can make room and seat a party of six.
