You guys do not have the same outlets or support like other groups for your problems and to this day, society still has to do a lot of work, when it comes to this (statistics paint a clear picture here).
You guys are taking the constant hits while staying quiet.
So grab your loved one or a friend and tell them what you have on your mind or what kind of problems you might go through.

There is nothing weak about that and it takes the load off your shoulders (I always have to remind my hubby about that).
