For 10 years, I lived in constant stress. My mind raced, my body stayed tense, and I called it normal. But one day, I cracked.

I left the city towards nature, expecting silence. Instead, I found noise—birds, wind, insects.

Yet, it was peaceful.

It wasn’t the activity—it was the harmony. Nature moved like a symphony, perfectly in tune. The city was chaos, like smashing on a piano.

All life is like this— beautiful or ugly math.

When I stepped into the flow of harmony, life became music.

then all energy is fast matter (E/c² = m)

Energy transforms into perceivable forms by interacting with matter, slowing its frequency into ranges we can see, hear, or feel.

Touch: 0.4–500 Hz (surface vibrations)
Sound: 20 Hz–20 kHz (vibrations in air)
Sight: 400–700 THz (visible spectrum)

The infinite slows down so we can see it—and through seeing, we are part of it.
