Is food weight really that much of a bitch? Yesterday I ate 1,105… and burned 1,161… leaving me at -56 net…and I dropped 4 pounds? Make it make sense! And this is after getting back on track after a while.
I wanted something sweet so bad! I failed…successfully? Instead of getting sweets i had beef tips and rice so i guess that’s better than sugar and ice cream?
@meow_5150 10k is a good bit. I can walk around all day at work, and i walk a good bit, and then after that walk 3-6 miles a day and still get to like 11 or 12k with that. 10k is a good goal.
