- Friday evening, judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska suspended court president Bogdan Święczkowski and took control.

She is one of 5 judges elected by parliament whom President Nawrocki refused to swear in

- Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek wants Święczkowski and his deputy stripped of immunity so they can be charged

- The court's own X account calls it "a coup d'état"

- Riot police surrounded the building, 3 people detained

- Nawrocki turned his plane back mid-flight to Senegal and pushed into the court shortly before 1:00 AM, with shoving at the door

- His statement at 5:00 AM: "a constitutional body was seized by force"
