During exams, students are using mobiles in so many colleges but in our college we can't even ask from a student to help. Why this kind of discrimination? It's not about using mobile obv but we're working hard for exams while others are using mobile.

ICSE/ISC released a datesheet yesterday. Dates are directly clashing with JEE.
On 29th May-JEE &
30th May- Computer Science.

How will it be possible for students to appear both the exams in 1day gap?

I suggested earlier also to consider IA & give time to prepare for entrance.
