@ExpediaHelp need to get a resolution for my senior parents not 3 hour wait times and rude recordings demanding various info. If I had all the info I wouldn’t need to call now would I?! Very disappointed

One would think @Expedia would love helping patriotic Americans who are fully vaccinated reunite with their grandkids, but they just want to give them the run around and use complex jargon and legalize to confuse my senior parents. Honor the credit and make it right!

@Expedia very disappointed that Expedia won’t honor my 80 year old parents covid related cancellation credit. They blame the airline but the credit is from Expedia. Would talk directly to the@ but no one answers the phone or there is a three hour wait. Business must be too good!

If you think there is a chance you might want to fly once things get back to normal, don’t count on #expedia to honor the credits they gave when flights were canceled due to covid…. Very sad!

You would think #expedia would want to help those that created this great country for them to have a business. To worried about profits to hire the staff and stand behind their cancellation and credit letters. This seemed like the appropriate time to start spreading the word.

#expedia trying to help my 80 year old parents get some help with using a covid related credit and no satisfaction. Expedia customer service is a joke. Been trying to get a live person on to assist and after hours of different tactics to no avail, I thought I might just tweet it
