@SheilaGummer @stimmo @ElizabethBangs I had a nasty fall in Cardiff once (I’m disabled) and people literally came sprinting over to help me.Likewise fell into the road getting into my car whilst alone, and had several people stop,help me in and offer to wait with me until I felt better. Just good people.

@owasow I have also just realised that it was Jen who made Unrest. As a then undiagnosed but chronically ill person, it changed my life and my perspective. She is an incredible human. I wish her wellness.
