@BBCBreakfast So many hotel chains do not have , or even understand what a ‘lone traveller policy’ is. The times I have discussed this with hotel staff (from a number of well known, global chains) is ridiculous.

@StephenMor74302 He took his pension last year when he ‘retired’ and was ‘rehired’. There are no impactive consequences to his actions. Never have been throughout his career.
