As of right now (2:45PM) the Hilton Fire Department Carnival and parade ARE happening this evening. The FD continues to actively monitor the air quality. Fire chief Dave Maggio says this is subject to change if the AQI hits what is considered "hazardous" levels. @SPECNews1ROC
