While the Australian media have triple heart bi passes cause the PM hasn’t bent the knee to Trump, our PM should be congratulated for emphasising his commitment to a more independent foreign policy.

Anthony Albanese has read the Australian electorate.

An electorate that’s not under thumb of Murdoch etc.

Australians overwhelmingly support the government recognising a Palestinian state.

The PM has said and has now proven, our foreign policy decisions will be made around the Cabinet table.

Not off the demands of the White House or Netanyahu.
