Lucas Wepf and his "SPLINKER" just made the main field. The "Splinker" is a hybrid split-finger and sinker, so good velo on that pitch, combined with even better movement.

Wepf was signed out of UL Monroe in 2022 as an Undrafted Free Agent.

Hides the ball very well, has a unique motion that is uncomfortable for hitters, and loves the big moments.

Splinker is a calling card; Fastball has a lot of "late life" and approached 100MPH last year.

Wepf is one of the most competitive people you will ever watch pitch and has been "Must See TV" late in games several times in his MiLB career with the Dodgers.

Wepf, as long as he can stay healthy, is possibly THE MOST underrated pitcher in the system and is an absolutely awesome young man. #dodgers
